ThoraColumbar Back Support wraps back and abdomen with comfortable, adjustable, elastic panels; over-shoulder straps return around back on opposite sides for user adjustment; metal stays are manually adjustable. Provides pressurized relief.

- Small (22-26 inches)

Application/Fitting:
1. Open and loosen all straps.
2. Pull brace around your mid-section with the inner fabric part of brace and engage Velcro for snug fit.
3. Pull white Velcro secondary straps snug around your mid-section and engage Velcro on inner Fabric.
4. Pull white shoulder straps over shoulders, Under your arms and cross them on your back; pull long ends around your mid-section on opposite sides and pull snug; engage Velcro.
5. That's it. You probably should "apply" the brace at least two or three times to get the adjustment correct.
6. Correct will be snug enough to supply pressure and relieve pain.
7. Don't over do it! Healing takes time.
8. Consult a doctor.
9. Any sign of negative reaction remove immediately. How long you can tolerate the brace will depend on many factors. You should consult with a professional.

I badly strained my back lifting my eight year old daughter out of the pool. I was in agony. My doctor suuggested your back brace. It gave me immediate relief. It was easy to adjust and very comfortable regardless of the temperature. I still wear it occasionally when I work in the yard to avoid future injury. Thank you for making such a good product.
