Lumbo Sacral back braces are available in a wide range of sizes. LG LSO�s range from larger �body jacket� types to small and inconspicuous (Large-Med-Small). All get the job done. The smallest (LSO-XS-ULTRA SLIM) is a very small, inconspicuous and comfortable brace that stabilizes the lower lumbar region with mild yet constant pressure providing �intra-cavitary pressure reducing load on the inter-vertebral disc"(the Containment Field). My grandmother recently had back surgery. The hospital suggested your brace and I got it for her. It was very comfortable and easy to use. It gave her the support she needed and protected the surgical site. I know it led to a speedier recovery for her. It's nice to see a company that makes a product that lives up to its advertising.
